What to have ready for a first call
What should I send before the call?
Nothing confidential. A line on what the matter is and any deadline is enough. If there’s a document, we’ll ask for it once we’re engaged.
Phone, video or in person?
Whichever you like. Most first calls are by phone or video. If you’d rather come in, street parking on West 9th and the garage on West 6th both work.
How soon can we talk?
We write back within a business day to set a time. If you have a court date or a signing deadline this week, say so in the form or call the office.
