Noemi sets up companies and papers what comes after: investment rounds, partner buyouts and small company sales.
Noemi spent her first years in practice on the corporate team of a regional firm, closing acquisitions for buyers much larger than the companies they bought. She now sits on the other side, with the owners.
She writes most of the firm’s operating agreements and leads every deal where a company changes hands.

Noemi’s grandparents ran a bakery on Buckeye Road, and she still makes their kifli every December.
